There is 2 ways to contact us for help and support (this includes ANY questions regarding Mediplan functions):

Call us @ 297-0270, select #1 at the menu option and leave a DETAILED message with the following:

Email us @, and ensure you send us your contact information including the clinic name you work for.

PRIORITY Categories:

(Response time is dependent upon your choice of Service Level Agreement)

CRITICAL- This is only for the most urgent of issues (ie: Server is offline, issue is causing a work stoppage)

HIGH- This is for urgent issues that are not causing a work stoppage.

LOW-This is for all other issues, questions, request for training, purchase requests.
